I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask a question.I am a Super VIP when I buy coins say 3000 am I suppose to get 3000 coins on top of that ?

Hi Janet! The price you see includes your bonus! That's why players who are not VIP or SuperVIP will see different (lower) amounts of Coins for the same price.

I need to make special request. I spent 1600 coins and good numbers of hours playing in 75 coins table in the dark #9 I got NOTHING for bats collection. I learned after the give away the event ends. I dont have enough time and no coins to keep trying for bats collection. I would like to request GamePoint to extend time so I can collect bats? It is not my fault that there was repeating winners in the room 9 and no collectible item showing up on the cards for many games. NONE. The ad "dont be afraid of the dark" appeared but no collection item on cards which is unreasonable to me. Now I am broke and unable to collect. Please consider this request.
I have to work through the day. I will be with people tonight halloween trick and treat so I dont have time.

Hi MsSoul! Actually, before your comment we already adjusted the Bingo in the Dark rooms to make it easier to get the collections. There will be less items needed to get a collection piece, so that should help out. But since they're rooms especially for Halloween, they won't be around after Halloween.

Remember, the point of the game isn't to complete a collection, it's to play Bingo! Collections happen as you play naturally anyway

GP has never been random even though they claim to be. You see the same people win over and over and over again in all the rooms, but they don't care. As far as they are concerned, it is random and luck and if you want to play longer, then you need to buy coin. What they don't realize is that the people they reward with bingos over and over stay mostly in the low coin rooms and so will never ever need to buy coin again. I mean how pathetic that you have someone with 120, 000 coins and they are in a one coin room.

Great contest nice prizes for the winners and for a long time also. beats the 5 day vip i once won out of years playing this game , back then it was fun , and exciting now its a boring chore, makes me not want to play as much as i used to , its the same winners over n over in the game rooms no fairness to this game anymore .
